Method
- Weigh the peanuts and make sure they are free from any shells or skin.
- Add to your food processor or blender.
- Blend and most of the peanut pieces will get stuck to the sides of the mixer.
- Scrape the walls and blend again. Repeat this process over and over and eventually the peanuts will cream.
- Blend until smooth.
- If you desire a chunky version, add some peanuts at the end of the process. Bend until you reach the level of chunks you want.
