Ingredients

  • 125 Grams All Purpose Flour (1 Cup)
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 55 Grams Unsalted Butter, Melted (4 Tablespoons)

Instructions

  • Melt the butter over a very low heat.
  • While the butter is melting, combine all the dry ingredients to one bowl and roughly blend.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Wisk gently
  • Add the dry ingredients to the milk/egg mixture and wisk together.
  • Lastly, add the melted butter and mix until it’s all together.
  • Ladle onto your waffle iron and cook until the outside is golden brown (usually around 5 minutes).
  • *A good indication your waffle is done is when the steam coming out of the iron is severally reduced.

Notes

*This will make enough for 2 people. If you have a family of 4, or larger, you double, triple, quadruple the recipe.
