Peaches & Cream
Peaches & Cream is a velvety, rich cocktail that conjurers the tempting indiscretions of early summer. It is playfully sweet, yet deceptively complex.
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Jigger
- Cocktail Strainer
- Cocktail Glass
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Vanilla Vodka 45ml
- 1 ½ oz. Crème de Peach 45ml
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup 15ml
- 4 oz. Cream 120ml
- 2-3 dashes Vanilla Bitters (optional)
- 1 slice Fresh Peach (optional)
- Ice
Instructions
- Put the vanilla vodka, crème de peach, simple syrup, and cream into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass over ice.
- Add 2 to 3 dashes of vanilla bitters, optional.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh peach, also optional.
