Method
- Cut or tare the bread into pieces.
- Use a food processor or blender to get the bread down to coarse crumbs (about the size of pebbles).
- Spread the coarse crumbs out on a baking sheet.
- Bake in an oven for 10 minutes at 150c (300f).
- Allow the crumbs to cool for 10 minutes.
- Put the crumbs back into the food processor or blender.
- Add the cheese and spices.
- Blend until it becomes a fine powder.
