Chocolate-Caramel Rum Café
An original coffee cocktail that is on the sweet side,with heavy notes of chocolate and caramel, obviously. With two ounces of rum, this packs quite a punch so be careful. It’s a winter cocktail that will keep you warm throughout the long, cold nights.

Tempered Glass or Coffee Mug
Drip Coffee Machine or Moka Pot
Measuring Equipment (jigger)

- 2 oz Chocolate Rum (60ml)
- 1½ oz Caramel Liqueur (45ml)
- 1 oz Simple Syrup (30ml)
- 4 oz Fresh-Brewed Coffee (120ml)
- Whipped Cream (for garnish)
- 1 Dusting Cinnamon Powder (optional)
Before beginning this recipe, make the Whipped Cream and Simple Syrup. *Both recipes are in the notes section. Brew some coffee and keep it hot.
In an Irish coffee glass, heat tempered glass, or mug; combine the chocolate rum, caramel liqueur, and simple syrup.
Stir to combine.
Add the coffee.
Stir again to incorporate the coffee.
Top with 2.5 cm (1 inch) of whipped cream on top of the coffee mixture.
Dust with some cinnamon powder and server.
