- Before beginning this recipe, make the Whipped Cream and Simple Syrup. *Both recipes are in the notes section.
- Brew some coffee and keep it hot.
- In an Irish coffee glass, heat tempered glass, or mug; combine the chocolate rum, caramel liqueur, and simple syrup.
- Stir to combine.
- Add the coffee.
- Stir again to incorporate the coffee.
- Top with 2.5 cm (1 inch) of whipped cream on top of the coffee mixture.
- Dust with some cinnamon powder and server.
