Brown Sugar
So simple and easy to make that you'll wonder why you haven't been doing this all your life!

Ingredients
- 200 Grams White Sugar (1 Cup)
- 80 Grams Molasses (4 Tablespoons)
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and molasses together uncombined evenly. The color will turn brown, obviously. You can use a food processor to speed up the process and make it easier.
Notes
*If you're baking something that requires brown sugar, there's no need to make the sugar separately. Just add the white sugar and molasses to the mixture.
