Breaking Dawn Coffee Cocktail

The perfect blend of coffee, coconut, and rum. A perfect winter's morning treats or great way to start off a night of merrymaking.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Coffee (120ml)
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup (15ml)
  • 1 oz Coconut Rum (30ml)
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream (30ml)

Equipment

  • Drip Coffee Machine or Moka Pot
  • Measuring Equipment (jigger)
  • Cocktail Glass or Coffee Mug

Method
 

  1. Brew a pot of fresh coffee.
  2. Add the coffee, coconut rum, and simple syrup to a mug.
  3. Stir to incorporate the ingredients together.
  4. Gently pour the partially whipped coconut cream over top. It should create a white layer on top.
